Welcome!

about me

My name is Stefania and I live in High River, Alberta. I have two tiny dogs, a pug/pomeranian named Willow, and a chihuahua named Lily. I also own a small candle company named temper + lace.

I have always had a passion for all things health + wellness. Growing up, my favourite sport was Tae Kwon Do. I was even an instructor for many years!

In 2018, I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training followed by a barre certification. It was such a great experience that I decided to also become a certified Science of Stretching instructor. The combination of Tae Kwon Do, yoga, barre, and flexibility training helped me create an amazing 1 on 1 fitness class that individuals of all ages enjoyed.

After all of these trainings, I still felt like something was missing. So I went back to school to complete my Holistic Nutritional Consultant diploma. Through this, I learned that food can be extremely healing. Cooking and baking healthy, nutritious meals is one of my absolute favourite pastimes. I also believe it is one of the ultimate forms of therapy.

In my spare time I love going for walks with my dogs, hiking, trying new restaurants, and writing.

what is a certified holistic nutritional consultant?

I take the approach of looking at the whole person, not just a part or two. I take into account emotional, physical, and situational aspects.

My efforts are based on the fundamental notion that all the various parts of a person are connected and therefore interrelated.

Because every client is considered to be unique and individual, there is no "one size fits all" approach.

The key is to uncover the root cause of an imbalance and help direct the body to heal itself.

I focus on whole, natural foods and supplements without harmful additives, colour and preservatives, with an eye on environmentally sound alternatives.

I will be able to provide you with ample options and guidance such that the path toward optimal health is not too overwhelming but can fit comfortably within your parameters.

Educating you is of primary importance.

I focus my effort on helping you prevent poor health or reestablish good health and catch imbalances in the early stages. Please note that diagnosis and treatment are not part of my Scope of Practice.
